|How long does it take for me to receive my order?|
The estimated delivery time depends on the country. Orders in The Netherlands normally take between 1-3 business days, and international orders around 5-10 days. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time. The delivery time of orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer.
|What is your returns policy?|
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product within 14 days of having received it, this does not apply to items in the sale. All purchased sale items are final and not returnable. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with together with the return form.
We expect the customer research the measurements of the item before purchasing it. The shipment costs for returning a product is for the customers expence. For all International returns, you can use the return address that is written on the return label.
Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros, at the price paid upon original purchase.
To return items, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. Do not forget to specify if it is a return and provide the reason so we can instruct you accordingly.
We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
