Shipping policy
The estimated delivery time depends on the country. Orders in The Netherlands normally take between 1-3 business days, and international orders around 5-10 days but due to COVID-19 our delivery times have been extended and may take longer than usual.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time. The delivery time of orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer.
We ship to all countries. Shipping time and fee may differ.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.
