The estimated delivery time depends on the country. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

On order values from €99 shipping costs are free.

You can return your good within fourteen days of receiving your goods. The items have to be in the original packaging and unworn with the tags intact.
To return items, please contact us at email@example.com with your order numer. Do not forget to specify if it is a return and provide the reason so we can instruct you accordingly.
In case we made a mistake in your order please send us an email and we will send you a returnlabel.
In all other cases the return costs are at own expense. We will inspect and review return requests for acceptance.
Where is my order? To track the status of a recent order, go to your order details page. If it has not yet been shipped, we will do everything we can to ship your order. If you have received an email with PostNL / DHL a tracking number, please use the tracking link in the email for the most up-to-date information regarding your order.
Pre-orders and back-in-stock items: Please note: different delivery times apply for items that are temporarily out of stock, but can be ordered in advance.
Yes we ship abroad!
For logistical reasons with regards to delivery in remote areas (such as Islands), we can cancel your order and attach other conditions (such as a minimum order value).
In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:
